Archive and restore tasks
Clear finished work off your board, and bring it back if you need it.

Archive
- One task: its … menu › Archive. This happens straight away, but you can restore it.
- A whole column: … › Archive Done or Archive All.
- Automatically: completed tasks are archived after the time set in Settings › Task Flow › Completed tasks archive after.
Restore
Open Archived Tasks in the header and choose Restore next to the task.
Good to know
- Tasks can’t be deleted, only archived.
- A task that stops matching its connection’s filters is archived automatically.
