Connect a tool
Bring tasks in from Outlook, Jira, Planner and the rest.

Add a connection
- Choose Add connection under Connections in the Filters pane, or Add Connection on the Connections page.
- Find the tool in Browse all connections and choose Connect.
- Under Connection Details, give it a Connection name, a Colour and a Default column for new tasks.
- Next to Connected account, choose Connect and sign in in the popup.
- Choose what to bring in, pick an age limit such as Less than 3 months, then choose Save.
Good to know
- Nothing is imported until you pick an age limit.
- Task preview shows what the connection will bring in before you save.
- Data Privacy Information on the same page shows what OneTaskList reads and updates in that tool.
- Tools marked Beta work, but may still change.
- Each tool has its own guide to what it imports and its settings: connection guides.
- If nothing happens when you choose Connect, your browser blocked the popup. Allow popups for OneTaskList and try again.
