Connect a provider
- Choose AI Assistant (the sparkle button on a board or a task), then Connect provider.
- Pick a provider and fill in its details:
- Claude: your API key and a Model.
- OpenRouter or OpenAI-compatible: an API key, Base URL and Model.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot: choose Sign in with Microsoft.
- Choose Connect. The provider you’re using shows Active.

Good to know
- Your key is stored in this browser and isn’t sent to OneTaskList servers.
- A Microsoft 365 Copilot sign-in renews itself, and lasts until you close the browser tab.
- This works on every paid plan.
