Seats and leavers
How seats are taken up, what happens when someone leaves, and what we keep.

How seats work
You buy the number of seats you need and they are not assigned by hand. Someone takes a seat the first time they sign in, while seats last. If you run out, nobody loses access and your administrators are told so you can add more.
When someone leaves
- Their sessions end and they lose access to your region.
- Their seat is freed for the next person.
- Their connections stop syncing, so nothing is read from your tools on their behalf.
- Their boards and tasks stay in your region. Ask us and we will export them.
The audit log
Every change to your organisation, its domains, its administrators and its sign-in settings is recorded with who made it and when.
People who already use OneTaskList
Boards someone keeps in a public OneTaskList region stay theirs and are not pulled into your organisation. Your boundary covers your region.
