Filter your board
Narrow the board to what’s overdue, at risk, from one tool or tagged.

The Filters pane
The pane on the left of the board has three sections. Choose a row to filter the board, and choose it again to clear it. Reset clears every filter.
- Metrics: Active Tasks, Open Sub Tasks, Overdue Tasks, At Risk Tasks (due in the next 3 days), Old Tasks (50 days or more), Avg Age (days) and Done Tasks. Hover over a row to see what it counts.
- Connections: show tasks from one connection. Ctrl-click (Cmd-click on a Mac) to pick more than one.
- Tags: show tasks with any of the tags you pick.
Search and Show Done
The search box on the board toolbar finds tasks by title, tag or ID in the tool they came from. Turn off Show Done to hide finished tasks.
Good to know
- The counts are for the whole board, so they don’t change as you filter.
- Collapse sidebar shrinks the pane to icons, with the counts still showing.
