Your data is private
We never use your data to train AI models. Task titles, notes, tags and connection tokens are encrypted in our database, with the keys protected by Azure Key Vault, and data travels over TLS.
No passwords
You sign in with your Microsoft, Google or GitHub account, and each connected tool uses OAuth. We never see or store your passwords, and you can revoke access at any time.
What each connection can see
Privacy Report on the Connections page, and Data Privacy Information on each connection, show what OneTaskList reads from and updates in each tool.
Regions and keys
Every plan runs in a shared region; Enterprise can choose a region of its own. You can use your own AI provider keys on every paid plan. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
