What becomes a task
Altus project tasks assigned to you.
Connect it
- Choose Add connection in the sidebar, find Altus, and choose Connect.
- Next to Connected account, choose Connect and sign in.
- Set the options below and an age limit, then choose Save.
For Altus:
- After signing in, choose the Dynamics 365 environment that hosts your Altus workspace.

Settings
- Filter Tasks By Project
- The projects to load. Choosing one project also lets you pick buckets.
- Assigned To Me
- Only tasks assigned to you are loaded. This can’t be changed yet.
- Buckets To Load
- With one project, the buckets to load. If none, buckets that aren’t 100% complete are loaded.
- Done Bucket
- With one project, where finished tasks go. If none, tasks are set to 100% complete.
- Default Bucket
- Where tasks show on the Altus project board by default.
When you finish a task
The task moves to your Done Bucket, or its progress is set to 100%.
Good to know
- Altus Lists connects the same way as Dynamics 365.
- To switch environment, use Change account.
