What becomes a task
Jira Cloud issues assigned to you.
Connect it
- Choose Add connection in the sidebar, find Jira, and choose Connect.
- Next to Connected account, choose Connect and sign in.
- Set the options below and an age limit, then choose Save.
For Jira:
- Your Atlassian account needs access to the Jira site you want to use.

Settings
- Resource
- If you can see more than one Jira site, the one to use.
- Projects Filter
- The projects to load. Leave empty for all.
- Issue Types Filter
- The issue types to load, such as Bug or Story. Leave empty for all.
- Statuses To Load
- The statuses imported as open tasks.
- Done Status
- The status that means done, both ways.
- Assigned To Me
- Only issues assigned to you are loaded. This can’t be changed yet.
- Title options
- Optionally add the project and issue type to each task’s title.
- Column Mapping
- Once you’ve chosen statuses to load, map each one to a board column so tasks land in the right place.
When you finish a task
The issue moves to your Done Status.
