Connect Microsoft Planner
Personal: free on every plan
What becomes a task
Your Planner tasks, or every task in a plan.
Connect it
- Choose Add connection in the sidebar, find Microsoft Planner, and choose Connect.
- Next to Connected account, choose Connect and sign in.
- Set the options below and an age limit, then choose Save.
For Microsoft Planner:
- If sign-in shows Admin Consent Required, your Microsoft 365 admin needs to approve OneTaskList first.

Settings
- Mode
- My Tasks loads the tasks assigned to you. Plan Tasks loads a plan’s tasks.
- Plan
- In Plan Tasks mode, the plan to load.
- Buckets
- The buckets to load tasks from.
- Done Bucket
- Where finished tasks are moved.
- Mark As Complete When Done
- Also mark the task complete when it moves to the Done Bucket.
- Assigned To Me
- Only load tasks assigned to you.
When you finish a task
The task moves to your Done Bucket, and is marked complete if you turned that on.
