What becomes a task
Flagged emails in the folders you choose.
Connect it
- Choose Add connection in the sidebar, find Outlook Email, and choose Connect.
- Next to Connected account, choose Connect and sign in.
- Set the options below and an age limit, then choose Save.

Settings
- Outlook Mail Folder
- The mail folders to import flagged emails from.
- New Task Days Limit
- Only emails from this many days back are added, so old items don’t bury you.
When you finish a task
The email’s flag is marked complete. Reopen the task and it’s flagged again.
Good to know
- Each connection reads one mailbox.
